Stanford AI and Machine Learning professor joins ScootPad Advisory Board

San Jose, CA – Jul 18, 2017 – ScootPad, a leading personalized learning platform, today announced the appointment of Dr. Emma Brunskill to its Advisory Board.

Dr. Emma Brunskill is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stanford University. Dr. Brunskill’s goal is to increase human potential through advancing interactive machine learning. She has been named a 2015 Young Investigator by the Department of the Navy in 2015 and was awarded $510,000 to support her research regarding online reinforcement learning. Dr. Brunskill completed her PhD in Computer Science from MIT.
